Online 1-1 VIP Coaching

This is for a mum who needs that special VIP PERSONAL coaching from Kat and her expert guidance. It's for the mum who is ready to learn the habits of a long and healthy life for her and her family. Next round - Starting Monday 10th of March. This coaching is for a mum who doesn't mind sharing her health and fitness journey with likeminded mums for EXTRA ACCOUNTABILITY and tips. Whether it's loosing weight or gaining strength and toning. You'll be starting this health journey TOGETHER with coach Kat to have accountable every step of the way. It's a great way to keep accountable and a fun way to try out Kats Kinetic approach learning all the tips from her 12 years of coaching for the fraction of the investment £450 for 12 weeks of this EXCLUSIVE programme. MAX capacity of 6 women, so you get Kats absolute attention
